My name is Lauren. I've been overweight almost my entire life. Even at 8 years old I was a little bigger than my peers. Now, I'm finally dedicated to losing weight the right way, through healthy eating and exercise, and nothing can stop me! This is my thinspo blog. This is the place where I know people will come to look at my before pictures. I WILL lose weight.

A lot of people have been asking me how I lost weight. Even though I'm not done, this is how I did it. It's actually pretty simple. I did a lot of yoga, probably about 5 hours a week of moderate to intense yoga, I did cardio, switching it up from the elliptical, to jogging, to walking, playing tennis, and my favorite, Zumba. I ate very healthy, no junk food or soda, less carbs, and about 1200 calories a day, and I drank a LOT of water. My goal for water was 100 oz a day. Another thing was I didn't eat late at all, that's the worst thing for you. Hope this helps you!
